  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery dates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and distance from our fulfillment location.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to USA locations only. (international locations will be added soon)
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, WILDKARTZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
